A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted solely for use in marketing and listing the specific real property for which the media was originally created. No other rights are granted or implied. Prohibited Uses: The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Home Tours Pro, LLC:
Any editing, alteration, or modification of the image
Cropping, filtering, color adjustments, or recomposition
Virtual staging, object insertion/removal, or augmentation
Use of artificial intelligence or machine learning tools to modify or generate derivative works
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or reuse for any other property or purpose
The image must be used as delivered, without modification. Enforcement: Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may subject the offending party to statutory damages, actual damages, disgorgement of profits, and recovery of attorneys’ fees pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §§ 501–505, and other applicable laws. Home Tours Pro, LLC expressly reserves all rights, including the right to pursue legal action for infringement and to seek injunctive relief.
